Worksheets
Two-Week Menu Worksheet
Print 14 double-sided worksheets per meal category (breakfast/lunch/dinner). You should have a total of 42 meal worksheets.
For each meal, list EVERY ingredient needed per recipe. Be sure to include the amount of liquid needed for the recipe as well as the amount of extra drinking water needed per meal. Multiply each ingredient by six (6). Transfer this information to the appropriate Ingredient Worksheet (either breakfast, lunch or dinner.)
Two-Week Snack Worksheet
The Snack Worksheet is designed to plan for one snack per day. Unlike meals, snacks may be repeated every week, twice a week, or more! Ultimately, you are planning for 12 weeks. Decide how many times per week you plan to serve each snack then use that number to multiply for three (3) months. Transfer this information to the Snack Ingredient Worksheet
X12 = once per week
X 24 = twice per week
X36 = three times per week
Master Ingredient Worksheet
Once your ingredient worksheet for each category has been completed, transfer the ingredient and TOTAL amount needed to the Master Ingredient Worksheet. This worksheet will give you the total amount of each ingredient needed for a three month’s supply of food for your family.
CAREFUL planning at this point will mean stress-free meals later!!
