Dear Parent/Guardian:
To help us with the safety of your children (birth through sixth grade) while they are here at Christian Life, we are asking you to help us with the following:
1. Please do not allow your children to roam about the facilities without your supervision.
2. If possible, stay here on campus when your children are here. If you must leave due to an emergency, then please be sure that the supervising adult/teacher be left with a contact number that can be used to contact you in the event of an emergency.
3. When the event (Examples: Church Service, Small Group meeting, Support Group, etc.) that you are at is over, please do your best to pick up your child within 15 minutes of that events end. As a rule we do not release children until the parent/guardian comes to pick them up. Please remember that the volunteers who are responsible for your children may also have children who need to be picked up at the conclusion of an event.
4. Please read “Safety Policies and Procedures” for birth through the Fifth Grade, found on this webpage. Read it through and help us with its enforcement.
